If the organisation you want to cancel is not available, you can contact us directly via the contact form. We will immediately add the organisation to our database for you and you can use our cancellation service.
At staging we only ask for the data that is necessary for the smooth processing of a cancellation. Of course, we try to keep these as minimal as possible, so that cancelling is also easy. When we ask for a customer or contract number, it is really necessary.
Once we have received your cancellation, the cancellation letter cannot be changed. This way, we guarantee that the details of the cancellation letter can never be changed. Please contact us if you would like to amend your cancellation letter. We will refund the amount paid, and you can make a new one.
