You can cancel Florius by telephone, but there is a chance that the Florius employee will try to persuade you not to cancel. If you can withstand this, then cancelling by telephone is useful because it is considerably faster than cancelling in writing. If you want to stay out of the discussion on the phone, you can also cancel Florius in writing. Take into account a processing time of up to 30 days. Haven't heard anything after 30 days? Do you want to cancel Florius? Fill in the requested information and the letter will be adjusted automatically. Download the letter, sign it and send it to the address provided. You will then receive a confirmation from Florius when your subscription is cancelled.

Would you like to arrange your cancellation online immediately? Then use our shipping service. We will send your cancellation to Florius and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a copy of your cancellation letter. It doesn't get any easier!
