You can always cancel your subscription with HJK. Keep in mind that there may be a contract period when you take out a subscription. Do you want HJK to delete your data or at least not contact you any more? Then you can use your Right of Objection or invoke the AVG and ask HJK to remove your data from their files. This way, you can be sure that you will no longer be approached by HJK to take out a new subscription.

You can cancel HJK by telephone, but there is a chance that the HJK employee will try to persuade you not to cancel. If you can withstand this, then cancelling by telephone is useful because it is considerably faster than cancelling in writing.
