You can cancel Radar+ by telephone, but there is a chance that the Radar+ employee will try to persuade you not to cancel. If you can withstand this, then cancelling by telephone is useful because it is considerably faster than cancelling in writing. If you want to stay out of the discussion on the phone, you can also cancel Radar+ in writing. Take into account a processing time of up to 30 days. Haven't heard anything after 30 days? Do you want Radar+ to delete your data or at least not contact you any more? Then you can use your Right of Objection or invoke the AVG and ask Radar+ to remove your data from their files. This way, you can be sure that you will no longer be approached by Radar+ to take out a new subscription.
